Where we ship
The Wag Studio ships to the United States.

Cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimum and no calculated rates at checkout.

Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Delivery
Delivery within the US takes 7–14 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our
supplier rather than holding stock, which is how the price stays where it is.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can
take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Delays
If tracking hasn't updated in five business days, email
and we'll chase it for you.
